Since the numbers listed are central information lines, you may need to talk to several people before reaching the department which can help you. Be patient and tell the operators that you are having difficulty paying your bills. If you have any form of assistance such as SSI or Food Stamps, let them know. They may send applications for discounts which you will have to complete and return to the company. Again, Be Patient!
